professional support to help you achieve optimal mental health and wellness

Home: Welcome

I wanted to create a therapeutic service with clouds in mind giving the sense of being held in a soft space but also because clouds are transient, transformational, constantly moving, shifting and taking shape, as are we as human beings. Clouds pass us like thoughts across our mind, giving us hope to see the blue skies after the stormy events in our lives.

'The sky never changes: it is the cloud that is changing' Swami Vivekananda

Hi I'm Jen. I am an Therapeutic Counsellor working and living in Hove, East Sussex.

I really love what I do and feel very privileged to have helped so many people in all aspects of their lives over the last 24 years which is when I began working 1 to 1 with clients.  Back then it was as a  Lifestyle & Nutrition Coach and Personal Trainer.  During that time, I learned a lot about how to help my clients overcome barriers to behaviour change in order to achieve their goals and becoming a counsellor felt like a natural progression form that . It all stemmed from what was happening in the mind.

I have been working specifically as a counsellor now since 2017 in various settings including an organisation supporting teenagers, a hospice working with the bereaved and  I spent three years counselling at a drug and alcohol treatment centre. Since 2020 I run my own private practice where I work with individual, adults on line.

In order to heal and move forward from whatever is troubling you, talking therapy has proven to be highly effective. Talking brings awareness to our thoughts and feelings helping us to make sense of things. Empowered with this information, change can then occur allowing us to live more fulfilling and happier lives.

Therapy really can be a life changing experience and I continue to be humbled and proud of the experiences and transformations that I have been privileged to be a part of in my client work.
