Eve is a Clinical Psychologist who provides psychological services for adults. She holds a Masters in Clinical Psychology degree from the University of NSW.  Her clinical experience includes years in the public health system, private practice, a private hospital and a private high school. Eve provides treatment for depression, anxiety,eating disorders, stress, relationship issues, perfectionism and emotional dysregulation (extreme mood swings) as well as providing counselling for general life issues. While she treats a broad range of conditions, she has a particular interest and expertise in treating anxiety disorders. While Eve's main treatment approach is cognitive-behavioural therapy, her clinical practice is informed by other approaches that complement CBT, such as interpersonal psychotherapy, schema focused therapy, mindfulness-based techniques, and dialectical behaviour therapy. Eve uses evidence-based psychological techniques, in a professional, caring and empathic way to help her clients.  Eve is registered with the NSW Psychologists' Registration Board and is a registered Specialist Provider for the Medicare Scheme for psychological treatment.  She is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (and the College of Clinical Psychologists), the Australian Association of Cognitive and Behavioural Therapy, and a committee member of the Anxiety Practitioner's Network

Annie Ploughman


Annie is a Clinical Psychologist offering counselling and psychotherapy for individuals and couples. With almost 20 years experience as a counsellor she specializes in working with people struggling with depression, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, abuse, gay and lesbian issues, relationship issues, low self-esteem, parenting difficulties, fertility problems, eating disorders and/or drug/alcohol problems.

Annie works with the utmost respect and compassion for her clients, enabling them to feel cared for and safe as they explore both current problems and their life stories. Informed by mindfulness,narrative and psychodynamic therapies, Annie facilitates the development of insight, self-compassion and responsibility. With this process clients learn to live in a way that supports (rather than hinders) their happiness and well-being.

Annie has practiced meditation and yoga for many years and continues to value and work towards her own professional,emotional and spiritual development.

Ellen Stübe



Ellen is a qualified psychotherapist with a passion for helping you find more authentic happiness and meaning in your life. She offers a warm, safe and confidential space in which to explore your experiences and feelings. Through her deeply empathic approach, Ellen allows you to gain new perspectives on relationships and patterns of experience that may be causing you pain or confusion. She works in a gentle, responsible and attuned manner that fosters a therapy relationship of trust, respect and the potential for powerful transformation. Ellen draws on the latest understandings in neurobiology, human development theory, trauma theory and intersubjectivity in a complex dynamic systems approach. She has a special interest in working with parents and infants and offers a specialist service to expectant and new parents. Ellen is an Associate member of the Australian Association of Somatic Psychotherapists (AASP).

Lee Taylor
 
 
Lee holds an Honours Degree in Psychology from Macquarie University and is currently completing the Doctor of Psychology (Clinical) degree at Macquarie University. Lee has a particular interest in perinatal psychology. She has experience working with distressed women (and their partners) during pregnancy and postnatally. Lee has experience providing specialised interventions for relationship issues, parent-infant relationship issues, adjustment issues in older siblings, and broader family issues. Lee’s doctoral thesis is examining maternal substance use during pregnancy and the first year of infancy, specifically exploring the impact of maternal substance misuse on maternal mental health and the mother-child relationship, during pregnancy and twelve months post-delivery.

Kieran White
 

 
In 2005 made a career change into the worlds of executive coaching and counselling. Since then he has coached many senior executives and more than thirty groups and intact teams. Kieran is also a practicing counsellor and psychotherapist supporting individuals, couples and families. He is a faculty member at the Jansen Newman Institute in Sydney, leading self awareness groups for psychotherapists in training.
